Although we aim for all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases, we understand that from time to time things may go wrong.
In this case any customer who is unsatisfied with their purchase or has received a damaged or faulty item, and who wishes to return it can do so at any time during the 28 days following the date of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, you can send us an email at email@example.com explaining your reasons and we will provide details for the return of your purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund, including the return postage costs via PayPal or cheque if you prefer.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel before it has been dispatched we advise that you contact us immediately. We will be happy to help and stop the process and offer a full refund. but we must advise haste as most of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
