Standard postage and packing is 'Tracked 48' at £3.50 per order, free on orders over £35, to any UK postcode. For faster delivery, you can upgrade to 'Tracked 24' for £4.50, or DPD next day delivery for £7.99. Please note that DPD's next day service does not cover Saturday delivery.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.

Royal Mail's Tracked services aim for next working day delivery on Tracked 24, and the day after for Tracked 48, but these are aims rather than guarantees. The couriers we use are generally quick and reliable; however, once goods leave our warehouse, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time or date.

* Bulky items and anything longer than 100cm may incur an additional shipping charge, which will be added automatically at checkout.

Operating Hours

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

We do our best to dispatch orders received before 12:00 the same day. If you have a particularly time-sensitive request, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

International Orders

Postage and packing for European and worldwide orders varies depending on the destination, and may be subject to import duties or taxes payable before delivery. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please contact us and we'll come back to you with a delivery quote.
