Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20% where applicable. Our VAT number is 445 147 650.

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.

We reserve the right to change product prices without notice in response to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are approximate. We typically use Royal Mail and DPD, and reserve the right to use other carriers without notice. Free delivery offers, where they apply, are for mainland UK standard delivery only.

Many of our products are handmade and may differ slightly from the photograph shown. Each piece is individual, and small variations in grain, colour, knot pattern, and finish are part of the character of handmade wood craft — we see this as an asset rather than a fault. A unique item is better than mass conformity.

Promo Codes:

Promotion codes are valid for orders placed online only. Timber Treasures reserves the right to refuse orders where a code has been used improperly. Codes apply while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. If a discounted order is returned for a refund, the refund will be calculated on the amount paid after the discount. Where only part of an order is returned, the discount will be spread proportionately across the goods.
