A small, round-bodied bird carved from pale Indonesian wood. The form is simple: a smooth egg-shaped body, a short pointed bill, a flat tail. The grain runs across the body in fine horizontal lines. Warm in the hand and light. Made in Indonesia by a small team of carvers. At 5cm high it sits quietly on a shelf, a windowsill, or a desk.
