A small wooden box with a hinged lid, the top carved with flower motifs set in a diamond grid, the exact arrangement varies, as each lid is cut by hand. Dark-stained throughout, smooth on the sides, with the grain just visible beneath the finish. Made in Indonesia in the same chisel-relief tradition as the larger boxes in this range. The interior is a single plain compartment. Small enough to sit in a palm.
Useful for rings, a spare key, or anything that needs a lid over it. The carving on top differs slightly from box to box.
