A bamboo root duck painted white from bill to base, dressed as a snowman: three black buttons down the front, a striped red and green scarf, a black top hat with a sprig of holly, and an orange-painted bill. Carved in Bali from bamboo root, the rounded body and upright stance come from the natural form of the material. Sits on a mantelpiece or shelf alongside the other ducks in this series.
Each piece is carved and painted by hand, so the proportions vary slightly.
