A squirrel carved from warm amber-stained Indonesian wood, sitting upright with a nut held in both paws. The tail curls up behind in a broad fan, the fur lines carved in close parallel stripes. The face is alert, the eyes picked out clearly. Made in Indonesia by a small team of carvers. At 8cm high it sits well on a shelf or desk.
