A wall cross cut from wood with a bare tree carved in relief across the full face: trunk rising from the base, branches spreading wide into the arms, the whole surface finished in a whitewash that sits in the grain and recesses while the raised wood shows warm beneath. The cutwork is open. Made in Indonesia. Hangs on a metal ring at the back. The pale finish reads quietly against a white or stone wall; against a darker surface it comes forward. Solid and flat, about 2cm deep.
